Ambitions
Today is a boring and chill day. I will probably do the dishes, do the laundry, fold and put the clean laundry away, walk my puppers Blaze Ninja, and pace around my apartment for a few hours to burn calories. I usually listen to music and fast walk around the length of my small one bedroom apartment. I can do this for hours and it usually burns 300 plus calories. I think I'm going to start doing yoga/ stretching and sit ups. My stomach needs to be flat like this girls. Also Adventure Time is a pretty neat show to watch after a joint and I wouldn't mind having her shirt. :D I have joined reddit communities about both veganism and ed support groups. Maybe I will make some internet friends who understand what I have been going through for years. I already ate my Breakfast/Lunch/and Dinner and it's only 1:30pm. I might allow myself to have a low calories snack later on but for the most part I'm done eating for the day. Food Diary for the 31st on its way.
