Food Diary: August Tuesday 29th 2017



  Well that is odd. My camera date is not right? I took this camera to Japan a few months ago and I think the time reset. So maybe when I came back it funked it up? Anyways I promise it's the day before my fiancé M's birthday(which is the 30th of August). And this is my food diary. Boring I know :L But this helps me stay motivated and gives me a place to track everything down closely. I currently don't have a smart phone so apps that would help like Spark People are out the window. :(

Morning: Blood sugar 121 @ 9am

Breakfast: 2 Vegan Multi-Vitamins, three glasses tap water, one diet soda. 0 calories. 

Lunch: Six spoon fulls of Molly Moon's Stumptown Vegan Coffee ice cream with a small amount coconut whip topping. 150 calories. Two cups of tap water.

Mid-Day Blood Sugar 115 @ 1:30pm

Before Dinner Blood Sugar 112 @ 7pm

Dinner: Two cups raw spinach 14 calories, large slicing tomato 33 calories, 1/2 cup sliced cucumber 8 calories, 1 1/2 table spoons imitation soy "bacon" bits 30 calories, 1/2 cup pickled italian-style vegetable mix 10.2 calories, 2 table spoons balsamic vinaigrette made with olive oil 144 calories, black pepper 0 calories, Monster energy drink 0 calories, two glasses tap water. 209.2 calories for the salad.

Blood Sugar After Dinner 89 @ 9pm

Dessert/Late Night Snack: 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 79 calories and 1/4 cup unsweetened fortified soy milk 32 calories. 111 calories.


Exercise: 1 hr of brisk walking up and down hilly terrine while carrying a backpack and groceries burned 160 calories(about). 

Total Caloric Intake: 470.2 minus Total Calories Burned in Exercise(160) = 310.2 calories consumed. 

Note: Today was a good Blood sugar day! I hope I can keep it up. I am saving up to buy some vegan hair, skin, and nails multi-vitamins as well and a vegan low carb/ low sugar protein powder to add to smoothies so I can try liquid dieting off and on. I hate that vegan vitamins and sport supplements are so darn expensive. :L I guess it makes you appreciate it more when you are able to buy it.
