Food Diary: September, Friday 1st 2017
It's crazy how as soon as it turns into September the weather immediately cools down here. Just last week the weather felt so hot in my apartment(to the point where my fiancé and me were sweating a lot even with the use of two high powered fans) and today I'm now snuggled up like a burrito wrapped in tons of blankets and sipping on some hot tea! I love fall and I can't wait for autumn walks with cider(I use the low sugar/calorie kind) and the cozy nights in with M. Anyways now to get to the point I really want to try and stay under 500 calories today so I might end up making a veggie broth/ veggie soup and just slurp on that all day.

Breakfast: Two vegan multi vitamins, 2 120z cups of hot Lavender Lemon tea, two glasses tap water. 0 calories.

Lunch: Made Vegan Veggie Soup: 3 cups low sodium veggie broth 45 calories, 1 cup water,onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, bay leaf, salt n pepper, a few rosemary leaves, 2 cups spinach 14 calories, large slicing tomato 33 calories, 1 cup sweet corn 180 calories, 1 cup peas and pearl onions 113 calories. For the whole pot of soup= 385 calories. This soup makes four servings so 385/4= 96.25 calories per serving! I ate one bowl so far so total calories today is only 96.25 which is pretty good. :) Two glasses of tap water.

Exercise:None cause today was a laundry and laying in bed watching Netflix because sever depression day.
Total: 392.5 calories consumed. I would say today was pretty successful and I don't feel as fat as I normally do.
